Option 1

Bring Your Own

*R 1400 venue hire

Plus R25 per child not included and R15 per adult not included
  Included: Standard Venue hire items + 10 children and 20 adults

This option allows you to bring **all your own items or you choose items from the pricelist to

BUILD a custom party.

Standard Venue Hire R1400 Includes

 

- Use of undercover section for 3 hour timeslot booked, full use of playground and petting zoo 

- 4 Picnic benches for adults ( sits +/- 32 adults)  and benches for children (amount as needed)

- Two trestle tables with table cloth + Gift Ladder + Drinks Station Stand

- 1 Large and 1 Small steel buckets for drinks ( No ice included) + Plastic glasses

- Plastic side plates (in theme colours) , knives, forks, serviettes  - for adults    

- Unlimited tea and coffee including cups, milk and kettle + 10L juice ( Or swap tea/coffee for 20L juice)

 

 

Option 2

Picnic Party

Per child over and above venue hire of R1400

'Included: Standard venue hire items + kids tables covered with table cloth to suite theme, 6 Pom-Pom's/Lanterns for décor + each child receives a Balloon on a Stick (Helium balloon at additional cost), picnic basket lined with a bandana , filled with snacks (Juice, Nicnaks, mini cheddars, cheese dipper, smarties, jelly tots, sucker, chomp, fizzers, yoghurt, fruit, hotdog and a SLUSHY or CANDYFLOSS)

Option 3

Theme Party

*R 140

Per child over and above venue hire of R1400

'Included :Standard venue hire items + kids tables covered with table cloth to suite theme , 6 Pom-Pom's/Lanterns for décor. Themed cup and plate, Balloon on a Stick (Helium balloon at additional cost) a SLUSHY or CANDYFLOSS and a packet of Cheese Curls and Mixed Sweeties for the table. Each child also receives a Custom themed party pack filled with snacks ( Juice, Nicnaks, Wonderbar/Mallatof, Smarties, Jelly tots, Sucker, Chomp, Fizzers and Sherbet). Hotdog platter and 10L juice .

Option 4

Pizza Party

Per child over and above  venue hire of R1400
 

'Included :Standard venue hire items +kids tables covered with table cloth, 6 Pom-Pom's/Lanterns for décor, packet of Cheese Curls and Mixed Sweeties for the table. Each child also receives a Balloon on a Stick (Helium balloon at additional cost), Custom themed party pack filled with snacks ( Juice, Nicnaks, Mallow Sweet, Smarties, Jelly tots, Sucker, Chomp, Fizzers and Sherbet). 10L juice + Each child makes 1 Medium Pizza with 5 toppings to choose from and a SLUSHY or CANDYFLOSS

** All beverages to be purchased from CrazyKidz Farmyard, except alcoholic as we do not have a lisence for alcohol sales. R10 Surcharge per item will be charged if own drinks are brought in.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. Party Bookings are only valid once 50 % Venue hire deposit has been paid. DEPOSITS NEED TO BE PAID ASAP TO SECURE YOUR SPOT. We have a lot of queries for bookings and spots can not be held if deposits are not received with in a reasonable time. ALWAYS CONFIRM FIRST IF TIME AND DATE IS STILL AVAILABLE, as we will work on first come, first serve basis should deposit not be received. Booking form NEEDS to be sent even though you are not sure of numbers, the finer details can be discussed and sorted closer to the party date.  NO CHEQUE DEPOSITS ACCEPTED                                                                                   

  2. The remainder of booking amount must be paid in full at least 3 days before the party. NO CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED. For OPTION 1 additional kids and adults and any other additional items not confirmed prior to party can be settled on the day with Cash or Credit Card.

  3. FULL VENUE HIRE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE BOOKING SHOULD EXCLUSIVE OR TWO TIME SLOTS BE BOOKED . - NOTE that day visitors have entry at all times regardless if Party Sections have been booked as exclusive.

  4. Any additional items taken on the day , to be paid in CASH or CREDIT CARD in full before departure.

  5. Party Parents can arrive 1 hour before the party for setup purposes. <PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE FOR YOUR OWN PARTY>

  6. We are an outdoors venue, NO refunds or discounts will be given should there be a change in weather e.i rain or cold. Parties can be rescheduled to another suitable date with prior arrangement. NO ON THE DAY RESCHEDULING unless by management.

  7. No refunds will be given on jumping castles or any other rental items, unless it can not be used because of technical problem e.g. no power, or motor problems. It is not the venue's responsibility to make sure the children make use of the items, and cannot be blamed in such cases.

  8. A penalty fee of R600 will be levied should the function date change or be cancelled within 1 week of the function as other possible parties might have been passed over.

  9. Quotation are valid for 15 days from date of quotation. Upon acceptance, this order will be come a valid binding contract between both parties. - Final numbers will always be check a week in advance.

  10. Client will be responsible for full replacement cost if there is any loss or damage or any vandalism to any loaned goods or Farmyard property.

  11. Although helper is available to tidy up, it stays the party parents responsibility to make sure that the venue is TIDY AT ALL TIMES , and left behind tidy, as there are other people also using the venue for parties or day visits.  - NO LITTERING. DUSTBINS ARE PLACED ALL OVER THE VENUE , PLEASE DO NOT LET PARTY GOERS/ KIDS LITTER. 

  12. We do not have a license to supply Alcohol, but party parents may bring some beers, ciders or wine. NO SPIRITS WILL BE ALLOWED.SPIRITS WILL BE CONFISCATED AND RETURNED ONCE PARTY IS FINISHED. PLEASE ABIDE TO THESE RULES AS IT MAKES IT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR MY STAFF AND MYSELF TO HAVE TO TAKE ITEMS AWAY FROM PARENT

  13. ALL BEVERAGES EXCEPT ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO BE PURCHASED FROM CRAZYKIDZ FARMYARD. R10 SURCHARGE PER ITEM IF OWN BEVERAGES WERE BROUGHT IN.

  14. PLEASE ADHERE TO TIME SLOTS. Morning slots, guest must leave at 12pm , afternoon slots guests must leave at 5pm.  30 min clean up time is  allocated to each party after the guest departure times.

  15. Any interaction with our animals will be stopped should ANY of party guests misstreat any of the animals. It stays the parents responsibility to supervise their children.
